Navigators

Sometimes we can all use a little help navigating the complex world of paperwork. Cowichan Navigators is a free and confidential service that assists adults with applications and other forms. Depending on your needs and comfort level, we can work online or on paper. We have a broad knowledge of community resources available in the Cowichan Valley and can connect you with the right people to facilitate your journey.

We’ve helped people with post-secondary school applications, EI forms, PWD and IA, and much more. Our services are for everyone 18+, regardless of your background, education level, or needs.

We are a resource hub for the community. Along with staff and volunteers trained to assist you, we have computers in the learning centre for you to use, or bring your own device and use our wifi connection.
